Unlike many online mattress brands, our mattresses are not rolled or vacuum-packed.

We believe in preserving the structural integrity, edge support, and premium materials of our mattresses. Your Reign Sleep mattress will arrive in its natural, full-sized state, meaning it is ready to be slept on the same night without waiting for it to expand or air out.

We take great care when preparing and delivering your mattress to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

Here is how our delivery process works:

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your mattress for delivery.

Arranging Your Delivery

Within the estimated 5–7 working day timeframe, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.

Day-Before Notice

We know your time is valuable. Our team will contact you before your scheduled delivery to provide an estimated arrival window so you can plan your day.

Order Tracking

Where available, you will be provided with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

  1. Delivery Day Expectations

Because your mattress will arrive fully expanded, please ensure the pathway to your desired room is clear and accessible before delivery.

As the delivery date and time window will be arranged with you in advance, we kindly ask that someone is present at the property to accept the delivery.

If your circumstances change and you need to reschedule, please let our team know as soon as possible before your delivery day.

  1. Damaged or Delayed Orders

We take every care to ensure your mattress arrives safely. However, if you notice any issues upon arrival, please report them to us as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can arrange a suitable resolution.

If it has been more than 7 working days and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery, please reach out to our support team right away.
