We offer a 100-night sleep trial on eligible mattress purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your eligible mattress, you may return it within the 100-night trial period, subject to our Return Policy.

Returned products must be clean, hygienic, free from damage, stains, odours, tears, misuse, or other unsuitable conditions.

Custom, made-to-order, damaged, stained, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

  1. Warranty

Eligible Reign Sleep mattresses come with a 10-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper support, stains, burns, cuts, tears, mould, dampness, odours, or damage caused by unsuitable use or storage.
